A Platform That Reflects Our Work
At FD2H, we’re more than programs. We’re about community-rooted systems change—working hand-in-hand with families, policymakers, hospitals, and grassroots leaders to address food access and health equity at the root level.

We launched this new website just in time for National Nonprofit Day, because we believe our mission—and the work of small, mighty organizations like ours—deserves to be seen and supported.
In Cleveland and beyond, we're bringing people together across institutions and zip codes to make healthy food more than a conversation—it’s a catalyst.
